Payment Terms

All payments for services provided by American Kreatives must be made in full upfront or as per the mutually agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in a written contract.
We accept payments through secure and authorized payment gateways to ensure safe transactions.
Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in a delay, suspension, or termination of services.

Payments made for services are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in a contractual agreement.
Due to the nature of our services—such as self-publishing, ghostwriting, design, and book marketing—once work has commenced, it involves dedicated resources, time, and expertise, making refunds infeasible.

In rare cases where American Kreatives needs to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund depending on the stage of work completed.
If a cancellation occurs due to a breach of contract by the client (e.g., non-payment, failure to provide necessary information), no refunds will be issued.

Once a project has started, meaning work has begun based on the agreed scope, no refunds will be granted for a change of mind, modification in business plans, or any personal reasons.
By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and accept that services rendered by American Kreatives are custom, labor-intensive, and non-reversible.

Our Payments & Refunds policy is in compliance with applicable U.S. laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on service contracts.
Any disputes related to payments and refunds will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
We comply with all consumer protection laws and regulations, and clients are encouraged to review service agreements thoroughly before making a payment

If a client initiates an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute, American Kreatives reserves the right to present contract agreements, work progress reports, and relevant communication to dispute the chargeback.
Unresolved disputes may be escalated to a third-party arbitrator or settled in a court of law as per the governing jurisdiction.
Chargebacks filed fraudulently or in violation of our Terms & Conditions may result in legal action or collection efforts.
